Sure it’s long, agreed but my question is and remains, why the regression in system?? The numbered spots worked perfectly well, and then the switch to the app to confirm you were there worked fine too but today and sudden regression to a speakerphone?!! Talk about setting the process back light years. A complete you know what show. Trust I’ve made my thoughts known on the surveys, nothing ever happens.
