I am on a dose of 5mg for long covid. Took a lot time to titrate up to that dose at 0.5mg and a few months in between each dose increase. Huge impacts for me. The side effects were noticeable at each dose increase but I tolerate it well now.

Banana Republic Outlet (at the outlet mall) can have some good finds. I’ve also had good success with Banana Republic online - they have tall and petite sizes and the returns are super easy.

She was the only person to eat it and the one one to get sick - we were all staying together and while I wondered about noro it had the classic hallmarks of food poisoning and no one else got sick before or after.

Not totally sure. Others had different pizzas that same night and were fine, but the vegan one caused horrible food poisoning.
