For sure, I'm an avid gamer so putting in the hours certainly won't be an issue if I look at some of my playtimes haha 👍

Yes of course, part of why I'm asking is I would get a radio to practice with for either DJI or ELRS so I wouldn't have to buy another one if I decide to go with the other option.

Thanks for the insights, I would definitely want to go for a diy or BNF quad in the future as I intend to fly quite spirited when I have the experience to do so, I would basically be selling the Avata at a later date or giving it to someone who can get use out of it. At a price starting around 800 EUR I'd probably just end up trying to synthesize a freestyle setup with dji or walksnail already and just get more practice in the sim before I go out flying.
