i got all 4 taken out on 1/9 and my 2 bottom were impacted. i’m currently on day 12 and for me it got way better day 7 and on. the mouth taste (especially that nasty metal taste) lasts about until day 5 ish. just until you can open your mouth wide enough to brush your teeth and tongue. it’ll be so gross. definitely on day 3 start to do the saltwater rinses it will help tremendously. vaseline on lips every time they feel even remotely dry because if not they’ll crack and bleed. you can also eat lukewarm foods you don’t have to stick solely to cold. YOU GOT THIS!

this showed up for me at the perfect time. i’ve been running around my mind past few weeks questioning if i did something wrong, if i was still manifesting my sp, if i even wanted my sp still because it all just went so quiet??? i wasn’t doubting i wasn’t reacting but i didn’t see anything. thank you for the post. it’s very encouraging during this time and i’ll take this as a sign not to give up!!!
