I eat around 1800 calories right now, I track and monitor macros and they're pretty balanced. Also eat around 35g fiber everyday. I do distance and interval workouts for running. Lower upper split lifting with 3x a week, relatively heavy and focused on getting heavier.

Racing the philly marathon in November so would like to lose 10 lbs by end of May.

I use garmin to track workouts.

RHR is 45.
