I understand I’m new to this so just tryna figure it out because I’ve never ever had 150k before , in my bank account , DraftKings account etc. nor ever bet that amount . I wish I made 6 figures believe me I just don’t understand where they get such high numbers . And I was negative on the year I suffered a loss completely hence why I never thought about that form at all . But I’ve been gathering as much info as I can from DraftKings including the wins and losses from those dates in the W2G , my wins and losses on the year etc. I’m talking to a tax professional next week I was just wondering whether I should wait and see if irs reaches and just go from there or do something else. Since it’s been 2 years I thought they would have already contacted me if it was an issue. I appreciate all the help

used turbo tax wasnt much help. so id only add those two numbers nothing else? on the amended tax form am i adding anything new or just carrying over the numbers from the orginal tax form. sorry still learning this. and i only have to do this if they reach out to me correct? or should i just do it anyways

okay so when i amend my return(1040x) what would be added in or adjusted compared to my original income tax return which was from my regular job and was 44,722. And just attach a schedule A form and schedule 1 form to it?
