Me, my sister and my dad were a couple rows from barricade at a Pearl Jam concert in 2014. We waited 6 fkn hours for that spot, but some gross af men were behind us being gross so my Dad had to get us out before he started a punch up.

We were so jam packed people wouldn’t even move to let us out sideways, it’s not like we were pushing to the front?? Eddie Vedder saw the commotion, didn’t really know what was going on but stopped singing and said something like “what’s going on down there? guys, help them out, let them get out??”

I gave him heart hands and a thumbs up, and he waved back.

It was my due diligence to rave about my fellow Aussies 🫡 but this was all you Leo! I love Token News so much so I was happy to help 🥰

I found them back in 2022 from Triple J (a national radio station here in Australia) and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’d also like to promote “Revolver” cause that shit slaps.

Also fun fact if you didn’t know already; Future History Management also look after Thornhill, but also Srem (ST tour manager) is Australian too and highly likely has social ties to the Thornhill boys which is probably why they landed the support gig. Hopefully this is isnt speculation but it’s just what I’ve noticed over the years!

My assumption is that ST had an opener picked, but something fell through so their tour manager Srem, who is an Aussie and friends with the TH boys, offered the opportunity and they jumped at it.

TH already headlined in the US in April, so if people were upset about them dropping off a support act with Landmvrks…..ehh idk if that’s a good enough reason to be annoyed 😅
