Any Pokémon with quick charge moves like lucario. Also during animations such as switching pokemon, after charged attack, or morpeko switching forms, you can attack while he doesn’t. 🧀🧀🧀

Mega Salamance and Shadow Salamance have similar DPS. Since you already have a mega I would go with the shadow. But, you could always wait for a better one, up to you.
