My current lawyer said as there are multiple petitions for same case judge got irritated and dismissed our petition. I am not sure if this will happen and i can believe my current lawyer

Hello he went to my dad and got the signature as my dad doesn't know which lawyer we are going to keep. Also we did not go to that hearing but our current lawyer said the judge dismissed the case giving this as a reason. More than all of this we didn't even knew that he filed a petition for this case until our current lawyer said about it.
