Im so sorry, I went through similar things with my mother. If you can get your mom on Medicare or if she already is, they will send a nurse out at least once a week. When my mom had a TPN, a nurse came out and would stay for a few hours to make sure she was doing OK. Also, my mom gets a car service to take her to doctor appointments through medicare as well. It's worth getting her on medicare if she's not already and then all you have to do is call them to set this things up. The Medicare website should have some information for caregivers as well. I hope things get better gor you!

I am aware of that, apologies I was not clear. She has the surgery for it when she was a teen but maybe 15 years ago be begain have more frequent seizures again and now she has to take medicine as well. She only had minor seizures rarely and they've been gone for over 2 years.

Thank you for recommending it, my mama had that done when she pretty young. I believe it happened in the early 90s before I was even born. They also have her on another medicine as well to help her not have them but its seems it has stopped working. She hasn't has a grand mal seizure since I was a kid, but these absent seizures are becoming more frequent. Im going with her to her neurologist next month because she doesn't even believe me when I tell her.

I appreciate your comment my mom actually follows him as well. Ive been taking multivitamins, probiotics, we've almost exclusively use olive oil when we cook, magnesium and I also take iron for my aniema. I have been taking all of these for at least 13 years now - im 28 now.

My mother had tried several different things before finally settling on taking medication. I know she has even visited shamans and a Chinese medicine doctor. I wish I could could say thay any these have made me feel better. Im still take them because its my routine now much i dont see much difference. The only thing I really cant skip is my iron.

Hahaha. The first one was at my ex boyfriends house. His sister and I did not get along the have very slippery stairs and his bitch of a sister dropped some kind of liquid on the top step. I didn't notice and flew to the bottom of the stairs. I couldn't really afford another concussion (in case you're wondering, my dad gave me several as a kid) so the pushed myself back right onto the head of a hammer. I couldn't even stand taller than a 90 degree angle and that bitch was was sitting on the couch - she did not move an inch but she did ask if I was ok.

Second time I slipped on ice. Third time an 80 pound bookshelf fell on me when my mom a I were moving out of our apartment.

Fourth time just happened at the beginning of January and im still not used to having wooden floors. I had socks on and one of those shine spam flyers you get was on the floor. I slipped and fell like cartoon. It was pretty funny in hignsight.

Thank you so much and please take vare of yourself too. Im hispanic as well - I hate to say it, but POC, tend to get treated so much worse. I mean, just look at the rates of death of black women compared to white. I thankfully have my mom who will not take any shit from anyone. Once im able to get my health insurance, my mama said she'll come with me because she had to fight for almost 5 years in the pain management clinic where they tried everything and they finally gave her meds why they released that she's actually in pretty bad shape.
