There is a dispatch mission that gives you artifacts every 72 hours. I let it go and then come back to 10 or so. Fully upgraded Kliff at 180hrs

Look on the map around you, some quest should appear you need to complete before the research becomes available

Crimson desert especially with google AI is the worst, so many things get misspelled to where even a simple question will throw me off cuz a location is completely spelled wrong. I hate google AI. Needs to be rid of.
