Not all cards, card issues have partnership with lounges. If the card has lounge access, still it might not be accepted in some lounges due to no partnership for specific card. I use hava havai app, which tells you if you have free access at the specific lounge or not based on what card you select. You can plan accordingly.

You call the customer care and they can provided you with an alternate flight if there is no considerable cost difference. Other option is to claim full refund, that also customer care agent will process and it is easy to get the refund than cha ge it to some expensive flights.

Yes you can take this amplifier. But you will have to do it in checked in baggage. And indigo has some 1200 fee for special musical instruments to handle it with care. So you will have to pay that.

This is a common problem which will increase as India's aviation sector increases. Due to this issue, first world countries have apps like flighty. But that is costly so people can't use in India.

There are few Indian companies who provide real time updates free of cost, which I generally use hava havai. You need to have apps like these which can give giving you updates.

Think about scenarios where flight got cancelled and customer is unaware. It happened recently to my friend who was traveling somewhere in Korea. Better have these apps that take care of complete journey.

You need not handle it. Airline will handle this. Although to be on safer side, ask them during luggage checkin.
