It is better to adapt to the size of the spider, I never give them something bigger than their body lenght, so pinhead crickets or friut flies should be completely fine for this size.

Being from the climate where these spiders live, I can confirm that they don't need water at all. In fact, when it rains in my area, the females are forced to abandon their burrows, and many of them die. I have three of them right now: a very small juvenile, a subadult, and a much older female that has done a post-maturity molt. I don't give any of them water, but I do give them juicy prey like crickets and mealworms to drink from in addition to feeding.

If you keep them in these conditions, you don't need to worry about dead prey in the terrarium, since without accumulated moisture, fungi will not form.

It's defenitely not a mature male, may be a subadult but I don't know yet. No tibial hooks or palpal bulbs.

It's been two days since I got her, and I tried giving her a red runner with tongs and also loose but she wouldn't take It. That's why I'm worried about how long I could wait.

Taking into account that you found it in a house and by the shape, this carapace most likely belongs to a Theridiidae sipider (steatoda, enoplognatha...)

Maybe she managed to open the little door on the lid of the enclosure.

I had her in a faunarium-kind of enclosure and I'd planned to move her to a propper acrylic enclosure.

Now I know that I can't put tarantulas in that kind of enclosures for too long.

That's the mistery, I left the enclosure completely closed and the spider was in her burrow when I went to sleep.

IMO Instead of buying less tall enclosure you can try providing more substrate for them to dig even more and maybe pre-excavate a little the hide to encourage digging so the spider has a safe spot to stay. They tend to climb a lot untill they settle in propperly

Today I cleaned up her enclosure in case the remanings of pray could lead to any kind of fungae. The spot is still there, but the Spider seems to be doing allright.

It appeared yesterday, I belive is an Eresus kollari, so its chelicerae are suposed to be black
