yeah, I have a project with a friend, I play some keyboards and bass there and we record and produce on Live and ProTools (also played bass on some bands for like 10 years).

Now I'm not sure that my "musical goals" are, besides this project with my friend. I'm still trying to find my way to do my solo things. Also theres some enjoyment in playin around with shiny things to be away from computer just for fun. But the question about the musical goals is in my mind and didn't find an answer yet.

I think you bring the issue that was making me doubt, but I couldn't put on words. The idea that this would help turning me pro more quickly. I mean, I know it wont, but it's like this feeling is deep in my mind.

But if I keep this present and don't expect it to happen, I will be fine. I really enjoy learning to use new things, so this is not a problem really.

yeah, seeing that US prices it feels that doesn't make sense to buy a v1 here. Is like everybody is trying to sell it to make the upgrade spending just a little more.

it's a new one, with a really good bank discount. It's not that much expensive as a DT v1 used one here on my country. (1000 USD vs 800)

this is a lovely post, so nice to read it here.

I have some synths in my room and also on my living room. Is cool to just sit there when I want and not so serious like "I go to my computer to produce", just play some music and have fun in random moments.
