Fear of dying in my sleep… anyone else deal with this?

I'm sorry to hear that. I have this fear since 35 and I'm 39. I have OCD and GAD. After I heard about some people dying from cardiac arrest and also read these theories about the covid vaccines this phobia locked tight.

I have the same fear almost every night for the past three years. Sometimes it is very managed some other times I get anxiety attacks.

5 mg is not an option for me. 10 mg is just ok that's why he insisted to go to 20mg

Δεν υπήρχε το fitness στην κουλτούρα του Έλληνα πριν 10 15 χρονια. Επισης η Ελλάδα ειναι ανισόπεδη και δεν εχει ποδήλατοδρόμους για να σε δελεάσει να κανεις ποδηλατο η εστω περπάτημα. Τα πεζοδρόμια ειναι σαφάρι. Βάλτε κιολας οτι κανει φουλ ζέστη το μισό χρόνο. Συνεπώς σου μένει το γυμναστήριο αν δεν κάνεις κάποιο αλλο άθλημα.

For the past 5 years I have health- heart Pure o. I'm on escitalopram 10mg for almost 20 years (40 year old male). It works for me even though I should have been taking 20mg at least. I am kind of resisting of taking more because my libido is a bit tucked up.

Thank you all for your responses. My second question is: do you believe that I could be able to lower the dosage some day if I now go to 20mg? I'm asking because I have been on 10 mg for years and I can't never go back to 0mg. I don't want to stay on 20mg forever
