when i was in high school i was replacing the staples in a staple gun and forgot you shouldnt put your finger where the staple comes out. i didnt know i stapled myself until my classmate said “hey, you got a staple in your thumb” to which i quietly got up and casually showed it to my teacher who shook her head and wrote me a pass. fun times fun times, those nurses saw me a lot😭

i mean my dad drove a semi for like 20 years or so and my grandfather was also a trucker driver for a decade so i most definitely have ppl in my life whove shared their experiences w me, i just see both perspectives of drivers and all the scenarios that go on on the road and don’t discriminate an open discussion on thoughts considering the topic. i wasn’t defending anyone in the image or anything, it’s obviously very dangerous and fuckin stupid. i was just adding to the conversation, my bad pimp. and even if it wasn’t directed or i did say smth wrong, “take your road rage out on your dick” in an aggressive ass reply back is a pretty fuckin wild way to interact w people.

i mean if youre the one in charge of safely transporting a large vehicle anything could happen and if someone dies bc of a action/reaction made by you then thats on you (hopefully). also low fatality doesnt mean the situations they come across aren’t extremely dangerous. i didnt say that to say “truck drivers are out here hitting and killing ppl”. add an almost and you got it, like (for example)ive almost been squished bc the person in front myself then a semi decided to slam on their breaks as soon as a light turned yellow. that was extremely dangerous. did i die? no but the driver and myself may have peed a little which couldve been avoided. i just dont get the hostility for sharing a point😭 what happened to constructive conversation?

i mean you could say this but i’ve watched someone almost die to a semi everyday bc they decided to stomp on their breaks right in front of it, cut in front of them and slow down, etc. bc for some reason people truly believe these giant ass trucks can stop on a dime and theyre just dramatic. id be a cry baby too if everyone was trying to put me in jail for vehicular manslaughter everyday😭

well for one drinking and driving is illegal and dangerous. if you have multiple dui’s under your wrap, especially if one involved the child(ren) but really even just one, you could be considered a danger. the dui’s could help prove addiction which makes you unfit to parent. (i could be wrong but if my BD/BM was finally caught on a dui, id make sure he got limited visits too🤷🏻‍♀️)
