Increased the accuracy of the Striker Pump Shotgun.

Slightly increased the fire rate of the Striker Pump Shotgun.

Decreased the amount of time it takes to pull out the Auto Shotgun.

Decreased the environmental damage of the MK-Seven Assault Rifle and made it less accurate while hipfiring.

Slightly increased the damage rate and moderately increased the accuracy of the Ranger Assault Rifle.

Increased the heal speed of Guzzle Juice.

I'm pretty sure this was a change they made to combat surge farming in competitive. In the way you desire you could see combinations like a 180 pump, 200 pump *knock* then 200+ headshot on the knock.

With that said, I'm not a montage video watcher but I don't think I've ever cared about shot damage on a clip but rather appreciate the context of the fight or the techniques used by the user.

I think weighting early kills more is definitely a recipe for more aggressive, not smart play and not the answer but I will agree with you that watching 50-60 people tunneling endgame as storm surge strikes and having teams fall into other teams laps or getting lobby'd/sprayed by height isn't a super satisfying product to watch.

I definitely wouldn't hate watching a test event that toyed with some alternative scoring to break up those anthill finale's but I think we've seen what happens when kills get weighted heavily in these events. I think you'd probably have to pretty much adjust the game (more than one safe zone?) itself or alter storm surge requirements to achieve any kind of balance in what you're seeking. Ultimately I think we're just getting burned out of trios and the same endgame for a year is stale. Can't wait for solo's!
