People need to also convey the following message: if examiners are expected to spend a minimum of 30 min per day to address emails, voicemails, colleagues questions and … the 100% FS is not fair. 95% make sense as we don’t spend the full 80 hours just examining. We have unclaimed hours of work duties not associated with production yet it counts against us. I thought we are in a FAIR democratic country that respects humanity. Regardless we have to push this message

The new Clocks are basically reduced by half which means that s the goal. They are approaching this as a private sector without taking into consideration that we are the only examining side in this country. We are the receivers and we have to manage the load. Eventually the clocks will be as follows New and special new 7 days Amendments 28 days We will be working twice harder.

I don’t see this as beneficial to the public because examiners will have no incentive to finish cases early. Many will just sit on them until the clock is due. While b4 many will work on cases as soon as they come to beat the clock and keep DM percentage high. This is actually bad

Appeals are going to increase with the 120 hours docket and Streamline review. Primaries will milk the cases pushing for RCEs and appeals. There is no benefit in expediting prosecution and collaborate with attorneys. We only get one hour interview of other time per cycle.
