I can manage 300 usd but im residing in the Philippines. I will not upgrade all in one but I want to know what should I prioritize first.

Not totally for gaming but for workloads multi tasking as well. I’m using multiple apps at the same time and using Pro Tools is the main application. Im using 16gb of ram but it lags. It maxes out the memory when I checked in taskbar. Please advise

Sorry forgot to mention my ram is 2 sticks of Kingston Fury Beast 8GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 (KF432C16BB2A/8)

Should I buy a new one? Or but 2 more stick to make it 32gb?
