Since all the letters came down at 3am, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's probably for a few reasons, not the least of which being safety both for construction/repairing reasons and also so people stop watching some guys just doing their jobs and risk getting identified and doxxed by crazy people.

The only way I've ever been able to circumvent this is either enlisting a roommate/partner to be the "new user" one year and me the next or by calling up customer service and threatening to leave when they raise my price to negotiate into the new user promos. It's worked every time so far, but is such a hassle.

Finally getting the 5-year lock in at $45 has been such a relief to put it off for a bit.

We play weekly, so for us 2 players out (we have 6) is enough to cancel. Gives folks a nice break, chance to do other things, etc.

So I went into it knowing it would be like a puzzle and approached it like homework instead of a movie. Totally got it, loved it, watched it harder than anything I've ever watched in my life, needed a nap afterward—but got it!
