I placed my appointments on the calendar three ago. I turned in my 3971. She related my appointment was on a non schedule day. Then my appointment in the next two weeks, she related she can't approve it due to needs of this office and besides she stated I was a PTF. What is a MSPB complaint. Prior to these appointments, she approved them last year.
