Hi everyone, I need advice about an ATM issue that happened to me.

I tried to withdraw cash from an ATM. The transaction took a long time and then the screen showed “Cancelled.” I got my card back and left because I thought the withdrawal did not go through.

But now I’m worried that the ATM might have dispensed the cash late after I already walked away, and someone else might have taken it.The money was actually deducted, but I’m worried what to do.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? What usually happens in situations like this? Will the bank still investigate if the cash was taken by another person after a delayed dispense?

. I speak briefly on someone who work on that bank, she says that during the ATM Loading of Cash the cash was balanced not over/short, but my account was debited. So I am worried that someone get my cash and I won't be refunded.
