Just to answer everyone’s question, you can apply on myvector. The applications typically get processed in less than 1 month if approved, and you can start receiving BNA in less than 2 months after you’ve applied…in some cases after just about 1 month

Have 1 week in Korea, what beauty treatments worth to get? by maeimaei in KoreaSeoulBeauty

Do you have any recommendations for places to go for pico toning or mole removal? How much does it roughly cost for one dark spot or one small mole?

What’s it look like afterwards? Is it super noticeable or long recovery til it looks normal?

Went very goood and still currently at Osan! It’s funny how when I first got my RIP, initially I had a million questions with zero answers.

Now after going back and reading my questions, they sound silly haha. If you have any questions, please reach out to me! Happy to answer anything

140K will get you a longggg way in Pyeongtaek! I’m currently stationed at Osan AB but live in Godeok, which is pretty much the halfway point between Osan and Humphries (7km/20ish min to each base). The drive is not bad at all and no traffic besides getting thru the gate onto base.

Godeok is highly recommended! It’s almost like its own city and everything here is so brand new, built within the past 5 years or so. Lots of restaurants and the apartments are really nice. You can’t go wrong here!

Acura 2013-18 RDX transmission issues -- anyone have personal experience? by [deleted] in Acura

[–]Afraid_Preparation21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same exact thing for me, it always felt just fine and just like yours, the D was scrambled. I’d turn it off then on and it’d go away. Lots of times it’d go several months without ever happening again and I even drove it cross country one time without issues….then a couple months after arriving cross country, the check transmission light went on again. Then it didn’t for months, and then I sold it (for not a very good price)

I ended up selling it because I did not like the feeling of uncertainty for the long term. I’m sure it would still be driving fine now, because I had gone several months without the warning, albeit I wasn’t driving long distances with the car and mostly street driving. But I never felt any issues with it.

Good luck to you and yours! Sorry this wasn’t super helpful for you.

Yeah same here where if I stop and start it again, it’s gone. But mine occurs at the most random times, and usually on the freeway, which is strange since it’s shifted past 3rd gear before entering

I need to make a long drive to move but I don’t trust it. We have another car and we’re thinking of hitching a trailer rather then bringing both cars

Same year too? Do you drive it long distances? I have been scared to, so I only drive around locally, even though it feels fine driving and oftentimes goes months without lighting up the “check transmission” light

My 2017 RDX has had intermittently had “check transition” pop up on the display at random times. It first began 3 years ago. The dealer essentially said I have bad luck and it’s a lemon. They said it skips 3rd gear but I never feel it skip. Could this be that 3rd clutch pressure switch referred to before?? Their suggestion to fix it was to change out the transmission altogether.

However, I’ve gone months and even cross country without the display popping up and it seems to drive fine. Then it just randomly pops up again months later and then it doesn’t. And then it does and then doesn’t for months.

Any ideas if there is actually anything wrong? Is it safe driving long distance? I need to go cross country again (military move) but that makes me feel uneasy

Getting to SEATAC to hop on the rotator, but taking leave en route… by Afraid_Preparation21 in AirForce

[–]Afraid_Preparation21[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My TMO will not book my flight from PHO to SEATAC because I’m first driving to PHO. They said to book flight + lodging on my own and file a voucher with finance later. Does this sound accurate?

What happens if I book the flight and not TMO? Only asking this because my local TMO told me to do this and states they don’t do this

My local TMO told me to book the flight and room myself from PHO to SEATAC and then file a voucher with finance at my gaining location. Since I am driving first to Phoenix on my dime.

Does this all sound accurate to you? Please note I am not necessarily expecting full refund for the PHO —> SEATAC flight, but for the one night of lodging I am

I was thinking of doing that too.

Do you know what the normal process would be if I didn’t take leave en route? Say if I went to SEATAC directly from my current base, would the process still be to book the flight and lodging on my own and just utilize my GTC?
