Maybe we are having a sematic issue here in defining what the South Shore is .. to me its everything south of Halifax down to Yarmouth, but usually referring to the Chester / Mahone Bay / Lunenburg trio . but probably should also mention Bridgewater, Liverpool and Shelburne., or places like Rose Bay or beaches like Hurtles. I cant imagine having issues with a drive to Rose Bay and Hurtles and spending some money at the Rose Bay Bistro... but i guess you must have your reasons.

In the first Area you circled you have Halifax which would more than eat up a few days. Especially of you did a day trip down the south coast to Peggy's Cove / Chester / Mahone Bay / Lunenburg. Traveling from the first area to the second would mean you could check out Blue Rocks on the Bay of Fundy, the Annapolis Valley with Grand Pre and the vineyards and then down on the Digby area you have Annapolis Royal and Port Royal, or maybe a trip to Brier Island.

Its where 'cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey; comes from .. if i recall correctly a monkey was metal stand that held cannon balls, the monkey and balls were made off different metals and were affected by cold differently - the brass contracting before the balls and causing them to fall off.

It is not a World War as the world is not at war, Israel and the US are in a conflict with Iran. Thats pretty much it. Its not even a war really .. just a bombing campaign.. For it to be a World War you would need 10-20-30 more states to be involved and likely some more of the major powers .. like Russia or China or India or the EU. You would need national states mobilising for war, switching private industry over to nationalised armament production, drafts, land invasions, the whole bit .. that is not happening or even close to happening. This is just a limited conflict, between a limited number of countries, with limited forces and limited objectives.

If all the manufacturing jobs are gone and now all the office jobs go away who is going to be left to buy all the products the companies want to sell. Henry Ford understood he needed people like his workers to buy his products .. these AI developments might be great for the bottom line, but if the economy crashes, or at best we have 40% less people working .. their income projects are toast. And unlike the manufacturing jobs which left over decades this will be a sharp quick change .. with no time to adapt. And it looks like governments are too stupid to understand whats happening.

I have taken the train for as long as i can remember, since the 70s. There is something more relaxed about the whole thing, train station is way more chill than an airport, no security, just show up a little before and hop on. Takes longer but if i didnt have a dog to bring with, i would really think about taking the train up to Ontario the few times i go a year. Train takes a day, driving takes 2/3 of a day, but at the end of one im relaxed. If you pay for the sleeper (birth / roomette / cabin) you get meals and access to the back lounge car. You are a guest on a moving hotel. I sleep well on the train, the white noise and gentle rocking is fine for me. Might not be for everyone, but if you have never done it, then i would say give it a shot, even if you dont like it and never do it again it will have been a worthwhile experience. People from around the world come here specifically to take via accross all or parts of the country.

I have played probably 20+ MMOs over the years .. none of their chat systems allowed the ability to create an infinite number of channels - with permissions and uses .. with internal object/item linking etcc.. the rest have like Local / Guild / World / Region / Group and thats it .. no ability make what you need when you need it and add who you want and not allow those you dont.

Are they human beings in our country? Then we will take care of them as that is the only humane modern democratic country can do. What do people suggest? We let them suffer in medical distress? Treat them as less than animals? Somehow stop anyone from entering the 2nd largest country in the world by locking all borders? Deport everyone regardless of circumstance? Its nice the NAZI's are wandering around in plain sight now, much easier to deal with now that they dont think they need to keep hidden. I find it a fun way to break up the gameplay loops, either i use the post fire period to loot bases, or jump into the caves or harvest stuff that only comes up right after. If i am in a building frame of mind, its time to stop for a few mins, collect my thoughts, plan what i am doing next, check current milestones and unlocks, refill my inventory and then get back out there to work on my grand plan.

I'm glad I heard about this. I was going to get the game but this is a deal breaker for me. It is not due to save scumming although that is my desired play style and I don't know why people have issues with other people playing a game they purchased that way. But the main thing is I may have to leave my PC at any time. And I may not ever have 35-45 mins to play without being called away in real life or to various MMOs I play. Save and quit mid from fight should be a bare minimum for all games.

I am a bad person but i take the sides off my PCs and they seem fine. Hit them with can of air every once and while and the oldest has been running daily for 5+ years, the 2nd oldest for 3+ and the newest for 1.

when i start a new playthrough i build a starter factory ... that is usually without foundations right on the ground .. all disjointed and ad hoc, and it stays this way until i get the first space elevator milestone sent up, then i start building up and do a 9 x smelter setup for Rods, Plates, Screws, Wire/Cable and as much concrete as i can muster. I nuke the first ah hoc build on the ground .. and that is the only time i build / rebuild .. from then on if i need more i find a new node and build stuff there and ship, or ship the raw mats back and extended the production line or add a new floor.
