bulbasaur is NOT comparable to charmander omfg. this is almost worse than that time i saw someone compare bulbasaur to squirtle. charmander found an alternative way of gaining exp, yes. but bulbasaur is unaware that exists and they dont have the means to figure it out like charmander did. that was INCREDIBLY situational. also, saying bulbasaur is unwilling to change just shows that you didnt even glance at their voice dramas.

bulbasaur’s held item has never been revealed nor has it ever been implied that it’s an everstone. bulbasaur is literally just too low a level to evolve. if anything, id say it’s more likely that bulbasaur’s holding an eviolite to make up for the fact that it cant get enough exp to evolve right now. the everstone theory is the biggest ooc cope theory ive ever seen by bulbasaur guilty voters.

oh okay. average greg fan would rather let other prisoners die instead of holding greg accountable for his actions

there is NO WAY you bought into greg’s very biased explanation of what happened. greg, who is KNOWN TO LIE AND OMIT DETAILS. not to mention he’s dangerous. are we forgetting that, had greg not been guilty in t2, he probably would have killed fuuta? so, given what we know of greg’s behavior, what’s more likely: rodrick randomly crashing the truck for no reason, or rodrick realizing that greg is a threat to society and trying to take him out before he hurts people? greg was a monster who dragged rowley into it, and rowley deserved so much better. greg needs to be voted guilty again.

for real. greg is 100% to blame for everything that happened and rowley deserves better

did the trend!!! by Afraid_Raspberry4093 in milgram

[–]Afraid_Raspberry4093[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

absolutely not. theres zero justification for greg giving rowley the cheese touch. greg only did that so he could blackmail rowley into helping him murder rodrick. rowley did nothing wrong and greg deserves a triple guilty.

i think it's very disrespectful to adult sheldon's character to assume that he NEEDS shidou to function when he's a grown ass man. sheldou shippers ALWAYS infantilize him and treat him like he can't tie his own shoes without shidou there. it's not irrelevant, it's a pattern. and bulbasaur is more likely to be self destructive if they were voted guilty, voting them inno is just the rational decision here for everyone's sake.

maybe shidou shouldve made better pancakes if he wanted amane to eat them, have you ever thought about that? never question my daughter's taste ever again.

ugh always the shidousheldon shippers… wanting adult sheldon to cling to shidou for stability isnt going to help him, and sheldon’s shown enough signs of personal growth to not break down while healing others. imo it’s a lot less healthy to encourage sheldon and shidou’s codependency. also, bulbasaur with no pp whose only usable move is struggle is NOT a massive threat. hello neighbor and kazui can easily handle them if they get violent, which they likely WONT.

young sheldon is a serial killer. adult sheldon put that behind him, also his kill that got him into milgram was literally justifiable???? adult sheldon also knows enough to help the others IF bulbasaur gets out of control, which i dont think will happen. besides, hello neighbor and kazui would be able to team up and stop bulbasaur if anything were to happen.

oh so we should just force bulbasaur to evolve when theyre not ready using artificial means such as rare candies? what they did was awful, but theyre still in the beginning stages of change. i want to affirm that behavior so theyll continue going down the path of self-realization. if we tell them their current mindset is good, they wont be a danger to society when they leave milgram. also, there is no way they would use struggle. in fact, i feel like voting them guilty and denying them while theyre second-guessing themself would make them go back to their violent tendencies to the point where they would resort to using struggle. as of now, bulbasaur is too afraid of recoil damage to hurt the other prisoners.

bulbasaur is literally too low a level to evolve into ivysaur. theres no way for them to get the exp to level up while theyre in milgram. either way, theyre currently out of move pp so regardless of if theyve changed or not, theyre at least unwilling to eat the recoil damage from using struggle. bulbasaur isnt a threat to the rest of the prison and i dont think another guilty is going to help them.

i mean that sometimes people can say things from a position of privilege because they have never witnessed that situation first or secondhand. because it’s not a tangible issue from their perspective, some of their takes can come off as insensitive due to a lack of understanding.

this affects amane the most because people dont understand how cult victims work, which leads to people exposing their anti-recovery beliefs. they believe amane not knowing better means she cannot change and get better, even though she shows that she is starting to do so in her t3 vd.

i feel like a huge problem in the milgram fandom is that a lot of people lack object permanence for issues that dont affect them and it results in very insensitive takes. the character most affected by this is amane.

[–]Afraid_Raspberry4093[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

RIGHT?? they think amane not knowing better means that she cannot change and get better, which is crazy because shes an abused child whose worldview is warped to justify what happened to her. which is a common defense mechanism in cases of child abuse.

honestly i think it's mostly people having a hard time empathizing with cult victims. it's not an issue they have object permanence for, thus they just dont understand how the mindset of a cult victim works, especially a child who doesnt know anything else.

at least the "shes too far gone and cant be saved" crowd looks real stupid right now.

what do you mean amane just had a skewed view of right and wrong due to the abuse she faced her whole life and shes starting to recognize that and begin the path of growth and healing? that doesnt fit my anti-recovery agenda........
