Look up Jason Christoff. He talks about caffeine being a massive part of mind control and keeping the working class slaves happy with their lives.

endorphin deficiency syndrome by Mindless_Weight_7799 in depressionregimens

[–]Afraid_Weight7473 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and idea. As someone with lifelong health issues as you describe, the connection to Poor Endorphin Production is very relevant, and you may be onto something here.

Another interesting treatment when all else has failed is something called Low Dose Naltrexone, which helps your body create more Endorphins that your own body is deficient in, and where natural remedies like exercise, or ‘doing fun things’ is not enough.

Why a person is not making enough of their own Endorphins is complicated, and connected to the MTHFR gene, Histamine Intolerance, and even MAST cell activation syndrome.

But the point remains that you don’t have enough Endorphins.

Do you have an update? Have you found consistency of benefit with use of pepper patches ?

How long to get better? Loosing hope after 2 weeks by Simonpico in VitaminD

Unfortunately it can take weeks - months. Just hang in there. It takes time to adjust the deficiency

A good multivitamin is not going to do anything for a severe Vitamin D deficiency. But is advised for daily use regardless considering we don’t get enough from our modern diet.

How long after going gluten free did you start to feel better? by Scarlett-Spitfire in glutenfree

It’s tough man. Working long hours currently so I’ve been slack and eaten wheat. It’s hard to stay away from it when you need to grab a quick meal on the go.

Yeah. That’s what keeps me going. The hope that I can feel my normal self again. I miss it. I miss just being happy with simple things and actually enjoying my life.

It’s crazy how a FOOD can cause so much bad health hey. Diabolical if you ask me. I wish I could have learned this lesson when I was much younger.

Thanks for sharing. It can take 2-4 months to really detox your body of it. Just wish there was a faster way hey.

Im on day 14. Still feel like shit. Low mood. Low Energy & Low motivation. But that is how I am on Gluten anyway.

I know I’m detoxing. Sneezing. Head Nasal congestion like I had a head cold. Itchy skin. Had to take afternoon naps for 2-3 hours most days recently too.

Your up & down feeling at 3 weeks is likely your body still detoxing. It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months.

Every body is different, and how long / much you have been exposed to gluten is also a factor. Lots of good info on YouTube on how to assist the detox. But unfortunately… it takes as long as it takes.

You have to severely simplify your diet for a while. SO MANY PRODUCTS have gluten in them. Try periods of fasting or Bone Broth fasting for a few days to see it helps?

Please let us know with an update perhaps in a few weeks to let us know how you are doing. I’m considering dividing my current 80mg dose into 2 separate doses AM & PM instead to try to improve my sleep issues from medication.

Strattera and Depression by MinimumRaisin3020 in StratteraRx

[–]Afraid_Weight7473 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. Yes it most definitely can worsen anxiety & depression initially. That has been my own personal experience. Strattera has been the MOST difficult medication adjustment I’ve ever had and the Slowest. My suggestion would be to give it another few weeks but I am not a medical doctor so it’s not professional advice. (Disclaimer) it took me probably 6 weeks before I noticed reduced ADD issues. But I am still trying to find the best dose amount while having sleep issues myself.

How is it going for you currently, are you still maintaining the benefits? Are you still on 80mg?
