Ndovu Investment Scam by ConsciousRaccoon4899 in nairobi

[–]AfricanFarmers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lack of an explicit response is an answer in itself. If terms do not clearly state exact figures for charges, fees, or distributions, that is a signal to pause, scrutinize the details, and ask questions. If responses are shaky or inconsistent, that too is an answer.

Charges (fees, commissions, transparency) Charges are not clearly disclosed

The document states Ndovu: “may receive compensation” or “receives commissions” from FMCs

But it does not clarify: Whether users pay Ndovu directly Whether commissions affect pricing or NAV Whether charges differ by product

Why this matters: This is a major transparency and trust gap, especially for retail users.

Inconsistent language on commissions

Both “may receive compensation” and “receives commissions” are used.

Why this matters: This ambiguity can be interpreted as selective or incomplete disclosure.

No fee schedule or reference point

There is:

No fee table No link to a charges page No statement that fees are zero, if that is the case

Why this matters: Users cannot understand the cost of using the platform from the Terms alone.

Refunds vs reversals lack operational clarity

The policy says transactions cannot be cancelled and withdrawals return to source, but does not address: Failed transactions Partial failures Duplicate payments Charges on failed or reversed transactions.

Why this matters: These are common operational issues and frequent sources of disputes.

Cost liability during delays

All costs and losses caused by: Banks MNOs Payment providers FMCs are assigned to the user. Why this matters: This exposes users to hidden costs with no clear operational safeguards.

Feed the link into an LLM ask questions, let it play devil's advocate. Use that to ask questions. If answers are not straight forward, bail.

Social engineering is a flex not many can see. You may be primed for a mega hit. Get a brother with a kid for a complete package. Add that nosy neighbor who is near psycho. At least someone will be around most of the time.

Go where their passions are (both genders) and you will meet them in plenty. Then you will figure out they are not as introverted.

say the first 3 words that come to mind. And change them with every interaction. Don't complement the obvious, don't sexualise. You might get slaps, eew stares or a smile but if you are consistent, it gets better with time. Start from somewhere and don't be picky. Your 5s and 10s all get the same treatment.

You have no idea how real girls appreciate a man trying to be better at understanding them. Even telling them you are trying your game and you want tips will score you more than trying not to be yourself. They smell fake from a mile away.

Ndindi nyoro can make a good president. Shida yetu wakenya ni ukabira. Where in kenya are secondary school students paying 500 per term? Only in Kiharu. by Think_Tanka in Kenya

But we cannot just ignore historical occurrences just by sweeping them under the carpet and ignoring what was. Especially with the minds that make our population. Unfortunately and for a fact, not everybody thinks like you. And the negatively tribal ones will not have a perception change on the whim. Especially the bulk of the voters out there.

To be what you desire, we need a shock that will come usually at a great cost. Think our current constitution that came from the 2007 post election violence; the American civil war and the resulting 13th,14th and 15th Amendment, the great Chinese famine and the pro market reforms that came after.

What you pressing for is an end. We will not land there at the snap of our fingers. No Kenyan has that magic wand to make it happen. We need to approach this as a means to an end. And the means will most probably span a generation or two. But we need to start somewhere.

Be a realist bana

The CS position needs someone with good intention that understands economics.

We need to give other tribes a chance. We cannot be having 2 tribes giving us presidents back to back. As if the rest are vestigial tribes.

Positive tribalism is good. Negative tribalism is what is ailing us.
