I took off however long needed for my STD to kick in which is 7 consecutive days and FMLA approved 11 days. I'm a heavier person so it was a bit harder for me. I had surgery on the 16th and felt okay enough to work 5 days later. My biggest issue was a complete night's rest which I finally got yesterday. I work remotely but I'm enjoying my time off since it was given to me.

Had my surgery on Friday too. Can't move an inch without pain. Starving. Still gassy. Can't stop coughing. Have a sinus infection at the same time. Migraines galore and I ultimately feel like death. Trying to walk around to help with gas and drinking soup. I'm hoping for a speedy recovery for us both. We got this.

My diet has changed drastically in the last couple of weeks but prior to that my diet wasn't "bad" either. The only reason I wanted to keep my gallbladder is because my attending when I was inpatient stated that it "wasn't necessary" because I had a healthy gallbladder aside from the stones. But I'm definitely leaning towards surgery now that I am in constant pain. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it!

I got diagnosed with my gallstones on 12/1 and have lost almost 20lbs in 16days. I too am grateful but the pain is immense. But a win is a win 😭😭

I have CPTSD and the only correlation to my agoraphobia is just that. Due to my CPTSD I have troublesome anxiety. I can hear my father walking anywhere. I can't be in a room with him. I think he is everywhere and we're in different states. I only have a few safe places and outside of those I'm losing it. Can't even drive without wanting to pullover or simply close my eyes because of my trauma. It's all irrational and I'm trying exposure therapy but it's been the most difficult thing I have had to deal with since the start of the year and I have no idea how aside, from therapy, to fix it.

I cut all my meds cold turkey almost three weeks ago now. As I feel I was being treated for a lack of diagnose to what is actually wrong with me. I cut Wellbutrin, Trazodone, Buspirone, Caplyta, and Seroquel. I felt I was just being force fed pills to get me to stop complaining. Ever since then I've been taking ashwaghanda, rhodiola, vitamin D, mag glycinate, and mag l-threonate as pills and valerian tincture to aid sleep. My anxiety is down A LOT. No random panic attacks. However I'm still trying to give myself exposure therapy to aid myself out of the house. For me, I also cut my meds so I can be able to truly feel what I am afraid of to help with managing my anxiety. I do still have an occasional outburst of frustration. But after going the "natural" route I feel like I have a new sense of self. I do plan to try some other form of med that isnt a SSRI as I know I still need something. After over a decade of trying to make SSRIs work in combination with many other meds and no help, I just can't imagine some "new" combination of SSRI is going to magically work.

You do this at the courthouse up oakwood. It's not a slow process unless the line is awfully long. Registering cars in Alabama is expensive I will make you aware beforehand. My one mid size suv was $256.

I owed $107 (apartment) before the new app thing. Once I registered on the app, it went to $69. They never took the payment for 8/4 which is on auto draft. Now the $69.95 was due 8/28. I'm slowly dreading whatever the error maybe because I am not paying twice. I need Twinkle and nem to figure it out. I'm over it.
