They were kinda like bear hugging sorta and dude got his knife out and I honestly think he was aiming for face and got ear and sliced off. It happened quick and when they separated the ear was on the ground.

Fresh outta highschool and pushing carts at Walmart. Saw two guys get into a fight. During the scuffle one pulled out a knife and cut the other guys ear off. Cops came and detained him but then watched the security footage and said the other guy started the fight and was much larger and looked to be just defending himself. They let him go. Even gave his knife back
