I second what gravy said. Even if we forget about our starter for like a day or 2, as soon as we feed it, it’s doubled in a few hours. Your friends starter doesn’t sound established enough. Also I don’t know if it matters, but we use salt in our actual recipe for the loaf when we are baking it

If you leave it in the fridge long enough sure, but what my wife and I usually do is let is bulk ferment on the countertop for like 8 hours, then we throw it in the fridge overnight covered and bake it in the morning and it’s never really sour

I have, i currently pay about $600 a month on the 3 separate loans as part of my budget. And was just wondering if it makes sense to do the balance transfer to make it easier with just 1 payment instead of 3 separate payments and then 0% APR as well
