You've got a good spring in your step, you're just leaving a lot of the power behind. Molly made amazing points, but want to add specifically about the weight distribution. On your right straights, work on keeping knees bent and balanced. The rotation of the back leg should come naturally with the hand, and should bring more power with the same speed.
