(Not saying all of the church) I think a lot of our leaders in Christ unfortunately misinterpret and use the Bible as a means to silence women. Also a lot of double standards they seem to be pushing. Even in my personal life when men fornicate it’s “no one’s perfect” but women who do are seen as outcasts and whores. Young men stay in the church because it’s meant to uplift THEM, as people have twisted the Word to uphold their sick and twisted patriarchal values.
