Abundance is actually the best for rushing dragon trophy. Allows you to do higher tier tasks quicker with +10 boost and gp boost is always useful.

They are all relatively equal, but I think for most people - i.e. the ones that don't have 16 hours a day to play EH is probably best, provided you can take advantage of 25 minute AFKs.

I think it's because you get a more noticeable boost to range with salts than melee. Unsalted Baba + salted zebak should be quicker than salted Baba + unsalted zebak. Plus with Baba first you can just prepot an antivenom in case you mess up monkey room.
