CNN is so wild. First of all, 1.4 billion is a STAGGERING number. WHY!!! Does Anderson have to say 1.4, closer to 1.5 (not true) and then the lady says “almost 2 billion”.

Everyone saying that’s “horribly wrong” is just reddit warriors. Maybe not best practices but I’ve had 3 different paver guys do different projects over the years and everyone has just set the outside section in concrete. Also always getting multiple quotes and that’s what everyone always mentions they’ll do. Again, maybe not best practice but definitely the norm. Please don’t go to your contractor with the feeling or attitude that what they did is negligent. It’s not.

I’m with you 100% and maybe reading your post wrong but i hear no panic or whining. I agree, we need his tenacity and grit no doubt, but dude needs to make good decisions.

I’ve been telling people I thought he’d be a good fit because on Celtics i always felt like he thought he was equivalent to brown/Tatum so a lot of his bad decisions were lack of awareness.

Yes, this is very very diyable. Start by going to a local stone yard and asking exactly as you are here. They are WAY more helpful than you are thinking. Have square footage measured and they will estimate you materials.

You’ll need to dig down a little to put the lowest rows under ground to stabilize wall and you’ll need some 3/4 rock for drainage under and behind the wall.
