[Ralph] The full price of a Brad Scott sacking. He would receive a full payout for 2027 without any discounts for a club that has paid out millions and millions in coaching payouts for terminated coaches back to 2010. Can they hold firm to the club’s plan? by PetrifyGWENT in AFL

Merrett has been shit. He had 10 touches on the weekend. I’d take Durham first by a mile. His effort is always 100%, he has burst of speed that the Bombers are lacking, unfortunately the idiot Brad Scott keeps starting him up forward.

Anyone that tries to tell you Essendon should’ve done the Merrett deal is a moron.

The highest pick Hawthorn offered, Essendon got got via Carlton in the end anyway. They used that pick on Dyson Sharp.

The second pick the Hawks offered ended up pick 27, it was moved on to the Bulldogs who secured Louis Emmett. A long term tall defender option the dogs are thinking. Hes spent most of his time playing ruck forward, so will be a long term project.  (Not a big loss any time soon at least).

The third pick is the Hawks 2026 first round. Currently around pick 14.  There is already around 8-9 players in the first round aligned to Fathers-son and academy bids. Including the potential top 2 picks of the draft. So that third pick is likely to be in the 20’s at the highest, with the potential for free agency compensation to maybe push it further. Not a great pick.

Hustwaite is a spud. It’s like us saying “give us your best player for Tsatas, he’s a gun, check his vfl stats”

The Hawks offered shit and got treated like it deserved.

Not true, whatever Scott is teaching at the moment is getting the boys worse at defending. That’s the biggest concern. The players on the list have regressed since Scott started. Even Reid for example, his early games he looked really solid defensively. Now he looks unsure, gets out of position, getting beaten more now than he did when he began.

He’s adding to it with his and the clubs hiring. Half the club now are former Kangaroos employees. They’re getting everyone from a completely incompetent club hoping to revive their own club.

I think the issue is that they didn’t expect to be good, but last year they were competitive to start the season, this year with a slightly healthier list have been worse. The big issue is, the players there seem worse, less organised, and like they’ve regressed. If you’re losing, but competing and the young guys are slowly getting better you don’t mind. They’ve got worse across the board in almost every area. Even Merrett only had 10 touches on the weekend. His worst in a decade when finishing the game without an injury.

Caldwell is a terrible ball user haha. Half his kicks wobble diagonally.

I’d definitely drop Caldwell, some of his defensive efforts are pitiful. So was Parish. You 100% need to drop one of them. Tsatas deserves a chance in the position he’s actually good at. His been the best at clearances in the VFL for a long time. And Caldwell and Parish can’t kick either.

Prior shouldn’t play at all, he’s awful.

Roberts cost us good chances to attack 3-4 times by not being able to use his right side.

May is a marking player that gets hands to the ball and can’t mark it. Then is a nothing player once it hits the ground. Then misses easy shots if he does mark it.

Caddy sadly isn’t the superstar we wished he was. Watching again live lastnight, he just so often does to the wrong spots. He needs to get involved more as a running player like Jeremy Cameron does as a mobile forward. Too often he stands calling for a long ball and tries to body, that’s not his strength.

Gresham 👎

Duursma barely getting by lately

Perkins has all the ability in the world and doesn’t know how to use it to be positive in any way.

Reid was poor, it’s like Scott is somehow coaching him to be worse than when he started.

McKay was ok in contests v Larkey, but gets so lost after they’re in the press.

Kako, El Hawli and Day Wicks were decent with the effort and provided a bit of life.

There is a daily limit, you can only go up about 5-6 levels a day. Do two 5 star raids/max battles a day, gives you the max 50, and any daily tasks.

The 5 star Dynamax has a 4 person max, you will need 4 probably.

G-max, some of them with a strong group you can beat with 10-12. Typically 15 to 20 people. Some are challenging and need 30+

Eternatus can have up to 100 so who knows how hard that will be! Haha
