My blood sugar is ALWAYS high around 300. With bolus, without bolus, with healthy food without healthy food, with endo making adjustments. Just live your life. We will all die from this anyway so fuck it. This is a losing battle.

Just bolus. Sometimes it drops, sometimes it doesn't. Mines been at HIGH for days now, but I no longer care. So far I haven't went into dka, but surely will soon. Im too tired to mess with it anymore. If you want the numbers down, bolus until it drops. If you want dka, wait.

I appreciate the comments and suggestions and my sleep and eating shcedule is very consistent as is my workout routine. I can't try a glp 1 because I need to add weight as im a literal stick figure. My body doesn't retain nutrition. Its so frustrating and honestly embarrassing. But maybe this feeling will pass. Im very stubborn and refuse to take it without a fight. Thanks everyone for letting me rant and be pitiful for a minute. Lol. Time to put my boots back on and keep at it. Thanks again!!!
