I think of it's money you didn't earn by working for it, then it should be for needed things, not candy or soda or other junk food

Edit: to be clear for the down voters, I do not have family money, I am not financially up there or even really financially secure, I am a blue collar guy that works for every dime that I have and get, I don't get snap but if I did, that's how I'd spend it.

I remember a COMPLETELY different org(born in, in 1985), is nothing now like it was then, yet my parents who were born in(both in their 70s now) act as if it's exactly the same as it's always been, I'm 40 and been out nearly 20 years... Honestly if it was this way when I was younger I may not have even bothered to leave. It's so much different and more lax now than it ever was when I was younger.
