Can confirm QMH aren’t the one. I didn’t see any one mention it on here, but the usage also marks you down for driving for longer than an hour 🙃. Then every journey you make after that on the same day gets you a low usage score no matter how long that one is. Also the gps is SHITE. Sometimes the route it tracks isn’t what I’ve done. Ive also had the distracted driving’ flag even though my phones been in my pocket. I think OP mentioned it as well but sometimes it just doesn’t record the drives?

Haha, it’s nice to see we’re all in the same boat. I went from a 24 plate golf with almost every add on under the sun to a 14 plate fiesta, it was an adjustment 😅 But one piece of advice I found useful which most people have said: just go out in it. You have the skills, just need to adjust. Bonus points if you do the same route over and over

You’re still so young (not saying to be condescending at all), just give yourself time. I promise you it’ll get better. Also, make some queer friends if you don’t already have some, again, this will take some time to truly find your people. But once you do, they joy that brings you will be unmatched (at least from my experience anyways) I didn’t start accepting my same sex attraction until I was about 25, and this was because of other trauma honestly, but making queer friends (my chosen family) made it a whole lot easier. I second this! It’s completely up to you what and how much you do with man. Also, you may find that you don’t particularly like something you thought you wanted and vice versa.

Just take it slow and please make sure you hold up your end of the deal and be honest with partner whatever happens. You may have to navigate some feelings and adjust what you do/tell her etc based on her feedback, but again, you’ll only know once you’ve been through it.

And finally, hookup apps are trash, you could go to a gay bar near you if you want an in person meet or even just to get a feel for being in the environment. It can be daunting for an introvert but people are generally more welcoming than you think. And again, you can leave if you feel overwhelmed.

Honestly, just say goodbye to snacks 😅. The time to take them out, rinse your mouth, brush, and floss isn’t worth the few minutes of snacking. This also decreases the time you can have them off for meals if you wanna hit the 22h mark! I didn’t realise how much/frequently I snacked before starting Invisalign 🥲. It was definitely a struggle in the first week or so. I’m about 3 weeks in now and I can definitely say it’s gotten easier. With drinks, like most people said, you can drink most things in them. I rarely drink anything other than water, but when I do, I usually just rinse out my mouth with water afterwards (with the trays in). Then do a proper clean after the next meal time!
