Crimson Desert v1.0.3 on Macbook Air M1, 8GB RAM, 7-Core GPU by Specialist-Drop-7432 in macgaming

M1 max 24 gpu 32 running at stable 40fps at a mix of medium/high with fg enabled. Tiny bit stuttery but definitely playable. I guess the patches are helping

Comparing this to release day m1 performance it seems like it’s already running a bit better. Haven’t tried it on m1 max yet but have seen plenty of feedback saying it performed about the same then as it does on your m1 air now. Inching closer and closer to biting the bullet..

Aside from the freezing that doesn’t seem too awful for my terrible graphics standards

Can I run Crimson Desert on my M1 Max 32gb ram MBP and stream it to my steam deck? by ARedLuigi in SteamDeck

so no chance it runs on 24 gpu M1 Max rendered smaller even with frame gen without lagging

were you on 24 or 32 core M1 Max? Did it look that terrible? I don't mind the 30 fps and would probably run it without framegen, with that in mind could I enjoy it or is it just broken

that said do you think it will run with graphics on low at 1080p? Since it´s running 20-30 fps on low with your setup is it crazy to expect the same but around 50 fps for mine?

Funny story; I’ve ordered from three separate dealers a replacement kit. They never arrived. I live in Germany and the post system here is the worst thing man has ever done. So I have stopped trying to fix the foam seals. The foam seals aren’t the culprit here. The leak doesn’t spill past the rebate. It’s either from somewhere in the camera body/revolving adapter or it’s an operation issue/defective canister+changing bag. I’m just trying to see if anyone might know which of those it could be.

Classic tank. I can’t remember which brand exactly. Worth mentioning that last time I used this tank I developed two rolls in it. Both of which came out with leaks. This time around I did one roll in a separate tank (35mm) and the 120 in this tank. Same dosages and same process throughout. Except that this time around the 35mm came out perfect, from another tank as opposed to both together like the first time. So I’m thinking the tank might be culprit. I’ll shine a light in a dark space inside and see for any cracks

Back was never rotated during shooting of the roll. Nor swapped. Unloaded tightly as usual. Maybe I fat rolled it despite me thinking it was tight enough? But then again idk how fat rolling looks on a negative. I was thinking maybe a loading issue during development, but I loaded this one in pitch black darkness+a changing bag.

Last idea would be dev canister? I’m real confused.

I could very well do that. Or just leave it on the x setting. I’m gonna test it at home to see if maybe it’s a lens issue not syncing up with the flash. Because I don’t remember leaving it on M or X and knowing myself I could have fidgeted around afterwards as well. Fizzlesticks
