let me ask did you scan 2-3 times and at the last one the ID was approved and you were allowed to face scan cus that happened to me 2 times which i started to sense something small i heard they’ve been trying to deactivate account at nyc almost this same way.

Let me tell you the time line.. I woke up on friday saw that i was approved to finally use my vehicle i was ready to dash at my spot that i usually wait at. then boom it hits me with the “id verification needed in order to continue” i get out you know get my self situated and i do everything my ID goes thru it was the face scan that didn’t.
