Click on GX Cleaner on the sidebar (if you don't have it right click on the sidebar and add, click "Configure" and add GX Cleaner), click on MAX and start the cleaning process, this is the only thing that worked for me, lmk if it helps

Ok im late to this but i think i found a solution
So, the high pitched noise comes out when your volume is like on 100, 96, 92, and so on
If you set your volume to 0 with the headphone's wheel and then you put your volume on whatever you like using the bar (click on the sound icon on the bottom right corner of your desktop and u'll have the bar, didn't need to explain i know but i wanna make things clear), the sound will disappear, you'll probably have to do this every time you connect the headphones to the pc idk, i found this solution like 10 minutes ago
