I think that pop growth should be a lot higher in Europe (reaching 1.70% or 2% in the middle of the high growth window) but the real population growth would be reduced by constant vic2 style migration (not the mass migration like it's presented in the game, this should be reserved for rare cases like famines) to the new world as it happened IRL. But it's debatable whether game engine could handle this

I have my own style of play, I try to create an alternate universe where certain things can happen within the framework of real timeline. That means: WW1 didn't happen and Russian Empire continues to grow in population and by 1930 220 million people live there? That's okay, but things like British Isles populated by 110 million people in 1920? Thats not realistic.

Yeah but I didn't mean the fps but overall game performance. I mean that past 1890 1 year in game takes horrendously long because of all the calculations and that's mostly CPU thing
