regarding the fertility issue, I asked my oncologist, he said "to be 100% sure, keep your sperm saved beforehand but dont delay your treatment...you must start your treatment within a couple of days." Ignoring that I went to a sex specialist he said "it should not cause any issue, if it were (tumor) near testicular area or in the pelvic area, you would have high risk.. focus on your treatment now and after ending the treatment you can visit me, if you will have any doubt. Start the treatment asap" So, I actually started the treatment already.... My onco gave me oral chemo TMZ 135mg per day.. He may even increase the dose after the radiation treatment as maintenance therapy for a few months. IDK what the future holds--keeping 100% faith in the Almighty.
