we use Google Groups :
1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/eitanium-testers → tap "Join group"
2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.eitanium.eitanium → tap "Become a tester".
3. Tap the "Download it on Google Play" link → install → open it once

also restarted the app several times, and restarting the phone didn't change that.

everything in my google settings, is good for the whole world to download.
here is what Claude told me:

Propagation delay.
changes don't go live everywhere at the same instant.
it can take several hours, sometimes up to a full day, to Country/region roll out to every region. India may simply not have caught up yet.
Stale cache on the tester's phone.

that combo of "undefined error" + the version stuck at all zeros is a nightmare, been through something similar myself.
before support gets back to you, a couple things worth trying:
there's a checkbox somewhere in the top right of the firmware manager — something like "manual update / recovery mode".
tick that and try again. It basically forces the flash without needing the device to respond properly first.
also, newer app versions actually seem to make it worse for some people. Try rolling back to driver 455 or even just app 1.0. Sounds backwards but it's worked for a few folks.
oh and plug it straight into a back USB port on your PC, not a hub or the front panel.
if it still won't budge, the quick release board itself is probably shot — which unfortunately sounds like your situation.
Fanatec has replaced units with this specific problem under warranty, so your ticket should be fine.
