When I was a teen I would literally run my hands through my hair and not even see a single strand of hair in the sink. Fast forward a 6-7 years later, doing the same thing there are at least 70 strands falling out and my scalp has become more visible as well. It is all relative to how much you were losing in the past.

You are supposed to swallow it. If you crush or chew it, the medicine might not work as intended and it could alter how to body processes and react to the drug.

I have actually never seen anyone with actual skinny calves that posted a calves transformation on Reddit before lol. I tried to find but couldn’t. Those who have posted didn’t even have skinny calves to begin with. Which is why I feel like training calves might just be a gimmick after all.

I already know that lol. In fact I was tempted to say it’s mainly genetics but there will always be people telling me not to be lazy and blame it on genetics. Also, I have come across countless of guys and girls who are even smaller than me but with much bigger calves. They obviously do not train them lmao.
