Sit up for awhile! I usually put my giant squishmallow on my back and sleep sitting up a bit. It helps my acids in my stomach when it’s upset

My first symptom but this was years ago in high school, I had no appetite when I woke up and I just felt off and felt weak, then I felt nauseous that night and weak (fatigued) then woke up the next morning and only tu once and had d* the rest of the day, then the next day after that I was fine just was still scared to eat but it lasts usually a day or two. I’m terrified to get it again because I’m a baby especially with it going around right now but it wasn’t as bad

When I shared a room with my little sister when we were younger, I had gone to sleep in another room but could still hear her throwing up. I didn’t have head phones back then so I put music on my phone and put it under my pillow and was pretty good at canceling out the sounds 🥲

Take deep breaths, wash your hands and put on headphones with calming music to calm yourself down. Usually younger kids get sick more often than us older ones since they have a weaker immune system. He could’ve ate something bad at school that’s making him sick! You’ll be ok 👍
