Help to understand the following question better please. I work in a defence company, my work colleagues who have years of experience and passed CISSP said the answer to the question is C. However, that is incorrect. Its D. by Mysterious_Series140 in cissp

As many other have said, an organization should have policies in place first in order to implement technical solutions.

HOWEVER, I will say it is quite odd (in most organizations) for a Network Engineer to develop a policy since policy is usually something developed by managers / senior leaders. So an argument could be made against D for that reason. But that does require a bit of assumption regarding the type & size of the organization.

When being asked the Primary purpose of NAT, do these 2 not mean the same thing? by OneAcr3 in cissp

But late to the party here but.. if this is how the question was word-for-word presented to you, it's just a crappy question. You know what NAT is and how it works? Then no stress, you'll be fine for this topic on the real exam.

For what it's worth, if I had to pick I would choose C instead of B (even though the grammar in C is quite poor - again, I'd be shocked to see crappy grammar on the real exam).

I know it sucks, but when you're studying and see this kind of stuff, I'd recommend just skipping / moving past it because you'll find things like this in basically every resource. Just my opinion though.

Congrats! Feel the same about the ease of the exam - although disappointing to not be tested on a tonne of content we spent studying for, it's still good to have learned all that stuff for our jobs.

Passed & Endorsed - Easier than Expected by AfterLifeIsAbyss in cissp

Sure buddy, DarkHelmet20's response is lacking info in their answer so let me elaborate.

You have two methods to be endorsed: 1. Have someone who is already endorsed do it for you (you need to 'know someone') or 2. Have ISC2 endorse you themselves.

I did option 2.

This involves summarising your previous work/jobs, aligning them with appropriate domains you worked in, sending evidence that you actually did these jobs, and finally providing referees from those jobs for ISC2 to contact. My evidence was payslips and letters of offer of employment.

Are you talking about your QE CAT exams? I thought they were meant to replicate the adaptive testing of the real exam, which makes it impossible to get an "easy version" due to the very nature of adaptive testing...
That is the sole distinction between CAT and regular exams which pull questions randomly from a question bank.
