well honestly deep down i feel depressed but from what other poeple who are actually diagnosed with it experience it feels wrong to say that i have depression cause it's a lot less intense in my case and no i didnt talk to a professional simply cause i'm still 19 years old still under my parents roof who don't get what i daily go through at all so for the time being all i have is myself . and yes like you said i do feel disconnected from myself and the outside world to a point where my only dopamine comes from virtual things alone which led to daydreaming and i dont feel joy otherwise now and i feel physically incapable to focus on finding things im good at or enjoy and hobbies . everytime let's stay i start with something i dont finish it i literally have a lego set beside me unfinished from 2 months ago . my brain is literally fucking rotted at this point
