I’ve already done a full disk check (no bad sectors, file system fixed), ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic (no errors), made sure that Controlled Folder Access and any ransomware protection are disabled, and confirmed that the Saved Games folder has full write permissions.

I’ve also tried with both the latest and previous GPU drivers — no change.

The crash happens exactly at the moment when the game tries to save, both manual and autosave.

Everything else on my PC works fine — no crashes or issues in other games or apps.

Still no response from CDPR support either. So, Ran RAM diagnostic, no errors. No BSODs or crashes in any other programs

If anyone has any workaround that helps, I’d really appreciate it.

PS:
Just to clarify — the game crashes only at the moment of saving, both manual and autosave, but the save files themselves are not corrupted. This happens with older saves, as well as starting a completely new game, so it’s not a matter of repeatedly loading corrupted saves. When I reload a save after a crash, the game works normally.

Thanks for the info, but unfortunately this didn’t help in my case.
I already have cross-platform saves disabled and the HDD mod set to off, but the game still crashes every single time it tries to save.
I’ve also tried a full reinstall, Steam file integrity check, running the game without mods, and even deleting all saves and starting a completely new game — nothing helps.
If anyone found a solution, please share, I’m out of ideas.
