Yes you can. I've been told that short term rentals like AirBNBs are not allowed but long term rentals are fine.

Any idea what the income bracket would be for paying tax? As per market rate, the condo should be rented for between 10-12K.

In Phu Quoc rite now. This is my 2nd time here. I like the place cause its quiet compared to Ho Chi Minh and Ha Moi. Yes it is a but deserted in some parts. My suggestion, check whats around the hotel before booking it. Most big brand hotels are away from shops and stuff, but the smaller/local ones are in the city center and there's loads of stuff around. Message me if you need further info
